AML-TN students are enabled to go beyond traditional ML training. Actively mentored and encouraged through a bespoke Individual Development Plan (IDP), students track and record their progress in both traditional and non-traditional course offering and educational opportunities. The largest part of the IDP consists of completing standard course and degree requirements, however, AML-TN coordinates and curates a significant additional component of technical and non-technical training opportunities that leave participants better prepared for the next steps of their careers.
